Bamberg County Family Court will open for in-person hearings effective March 18, 2021. The following procedures must be followed, per Bamberg County Clerk of Court, Jannie C. Johnson:

• The only people allowed to enter the Courthouse are the parent and non-custodial parent 
• The day of court, check-in will be at the front door of the Courthouse. After check-in, individuals return to their vehicles to await a call informing that their case is ready to be called.
• Everyone must wear a mask that covers both nose and mouth at all times, unless instructed othewise by a Judge.
• Temperatures will be taken upon entry to the Courthouse.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided and must be used.
• Social distance must be observed at all times.
