Re:     Nikki Haley Will Make Campaign Stop in Bamberg 

Bamberg, South Carolina (February 2023) – Current presidential candidate, former South Carolina Governor, and former United States Ambassador Nikki Haley will make a campaign stop at Veterans Park in Bamberg tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. Haley’s bus tour will come to Bamberg as early voting for the SC Republican Presidential Primary ramps up ahead of Election Day, Saturday, February 24. 

A Bamberg native and the first female elected South Carolina Governor, Ms. Haley hopes to perform well in her home state and gain momentum ahead of Super Tuesday. She is Trump’s last GOP opponent in the race for the Republican nominee. 

Ambassador Haley’s visit to Bamberg comes just one month after a category EF-2 tornado caused about $4 million in damage to area businesses and homes. County and City officials are seeking all possible avenues of assistance. 

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow morning at Veterans Park, 3110 Main Highway, with attendees arriving at 8:30. Main Street is still closed so that attendees may park in the City/County parking lot on Moore Street or in the City lot at the corner of Bell and Elm Streets.
